My wife came in for an oil change and everything went fine. Betten had done a thorough check on our 2006 Chevy Cobalt and told us some things that needed to be fixed. My wife left with the car so she could consult with me, her husband, on what needed to be fixed and the car was making an awful noise and jerking, so she quickly turned around and went back to Betten. The technician checked it out and said that the car had a crack in the rear drum brake and it needed to be changed, and also that they would do it "free of charge" to the tune of $190.00! That was above and beyond and we really appreciated it, I know they didn't cause that drum brake to crack or go bad it was just really bad timing or good depending how you look at it, from our viewpoint, good timing. We came in to get our oil changed but also had an issue with a back light, the problem was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner.
