Bought a 2016 paid cash, for a vehicle that I later learn shouldn't have on the lot. I have given Betten numerous opportunities to correct all the problems. Returning vehicle 5 times in 3.months. I haven't complained outside of Betten, nor was I planning to. But I invested over 11,000 in this vehicle and it is still requires repairs. I am giving Betten another opportunity at which point I will look into who will listen to my complaints. I am sure I can get someone to pay attention. Someone needs to sit down and talk to me about resolving this matter. Real soon!

Only had bad bad experiences with this company. More on your service department. Only company that doesn't do diagnostic on there car's. As a technician my self, this company should be ashamed on there technician. Took it to a different company just to get diagnostic and bring it back to tell them what was wrong with mine truck. Because they wanted to charge me 550 dollars to just get me out the door and not fix the issue. I really hope you read this and makes you change and actually do some diagnostic on your client car.
