Very happy with Betten Baker, but I was blown away by Frankie. Go see him and buy a car! He is the most accommodating, get ‘er done kind of car salesperson that I have ever met. He is not a slick talker who pressures people; he truly wants to help you and is an honest and friendly guy. His customer service was next level! He was running and pulling up cars for us to test drive, one after the other. He would even turn the seat heaters on.

I purchased a new Blazer EV from Betten Baker of Cadillac late this summer. My first interaction with the service department was last week. I needed some software updates. The scheduling was easy and quick. My appointment was set for the next day where I was greeted with a smile and was treated as a valued customer. The issue was resolved in the time frame I had been told and they made sure everything was right before I left. Their service department is reason enough to shop for your new car at Betten Baker of Cadillac.
I've dealt with a fair amount of dealerships/sales people in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Chad is my favorite of them all. He took a lot of his time to make sure that we found the right truck and was also able to find us better financing then we had be pre approved for, among at least a handful of other things that were above and beyond! I will forever purchase from him and I reccomend that everyone who visits here asks for Chad when they stop in

I had a great experience with my test drive and vehicle purchase on Saturday. Colby Beckstrom was very knowledgeable on the Cadillac Lyriq features and made the whole experience pleasurable. Colby was assisted by Andrew Stewart the Sales Manager and Keith in Financing and they were all very helpful.
